Return and Refund Policy

Once you have received your item and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have a window of 3 days to exchange it with a 15% restocking fee or return the product and request a refund with a 25% administration fee. All furniture must be received in our warehouse within 7 days from your possession.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be asked to provide the invoice or proof of purchase. For all returns, please ensure that you have kept all receipts. Returns may be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be notified regarding the condition and if the refund was approved. 2,5% fee will be deducted from those who pay with credit card as administration fee. Please note: our return policy varies depending on the item purchased. Floor models and warehouse sale items – or other items as specifically indicated – will be final sale and may not be subject to return or cancellation. Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. For inquiries, please contact customer@berre.ca

Cancellation Policy

If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee. You can call or text us at (647)-532-3839 or send us an email at customer@berre.ca. If you are placing a custom order from Turkey rather than our stock, once the products are ordered from the manufacturer in Turkey, order cancellations (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) may not be permitted and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Included with delivery is assembly of your items and a one-year manufacturing warranty. If you purchased the manufacturer warranty, any manufacturing issue will be repaired free of charge for one year. If the item cannot be repaired, you will be offered a replacement at no extra charge. We are here to help if there are any manufacturing issues that happen to arise beyond one year as well, with a small fee depending on the issue. In cases of floor-model purchases or the arrangement of pick-up for your items rather than delivery, the manufacturer warranty may not be included.

White Glove Service¹: 

$150 within 75 kilometers of Toronto

    Price is calculated prior to check out and is determined by the amount of your purchase and the location of your delivery. At checkout, you can discuss estimated delivery dates. Alternatively, someone will contact you to notify you of an open delivery spot and confirm your availability for the date. Please contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your delivery date if you would like to make any changes. In the rare case that the delivery window cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, the Delivery Team will attempt to contact you in advance.

    Damages can unfortunately occur during transit while in the care of a third party. If your order arrives damaged, please document photos and contact us by phone within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.

    White Glove Service¹

    White Glove Delivery Service includes full delivery and full set up along with all packaging removal. This service does not include mounting artwork and mirrors or connecting electrical items. Deliveries to a multi-level building must have an elevator booked at the time of our drivers’ arrival to your location. Our drivers will ask that you sign confirming your delivery has been completed. This service is applicable only for Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa. 

    Make Sure Your Furniture Fits!

    The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of their residence will permit normal delivery of the items they purchased. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit, and delivery fees will still apply if the item must be returned to us for this reason. Berre Furniture does not have any responsibility for inside property damages. Please make sure to take proper measurements of all these spaces and the items you intend to purchase.

    Delays

    Lead times

    While many estimated times of arrival are quite accurate and some orders even come in early, with made-to-order items from Turkey, we are not responsible for delays that are caused outside of our store, for example: logistical issues, shipping container and labour shortages, supply chain issues etc. Deposits for these orders cannot be refunded due to delays in predicted arrival times.
