Updated Policies for Promotional Events

We value our customers and strive to provide transparency in our policies. Please note the following updates regarding promotions such as Boxing Day:

  1. Financing Terms: While we are pleased to offer financing options, please be aware that 0% interest financing is not available during promotional events.

  2. Delivery and Storage Policy:

    • We aim to deliver furniture within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
    • If delivery is delayed by the customer, we can store the items for up to one month at no additional cost.
    • Beyond the first month, a storage fee of $100 per month will apply.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Exchanges: Available within 3 days with a small restocking fee.
  • Returns: Request a refund within 3 days. A modest administration fee applies.

Important Details:

  • Items must be in their original condition and returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed after we inspect the item.

Final Sale Items:
Certain items like floor models, clearance items, and bedding accessories (e.g., linens, pillows, mattress pads) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee. You can call or text us at (647)-532-3839 or send us an email at info@berre.ca If you are placing a custom order from Türkiye rather than our stock, once the products are ordered from the manufacturer, order cancellations (including cancellation due to normal product delays from the manufacturer) may not be permitted and deposits on such orders are non-refundable. 

Warranty Policy

Included with white-glove delivery¹ is assembly of your items and a one-year manufacturing warranty. If you purchased the manufacturer warranty, any manufacturing issue will be repaired free of charge for one year. We are here to help if there are any manufacturing issues that happen to arise beyond one year as well, with a small fee depending on the issue. In cases of floor-model purchases or the arrangement of pick-up for your items rather than delivery, the manufacturer warranty may not be included.

Delivery

$200 within 50 kilometers of Toronto

    Price is calculated prior to check out and is determined by the amount of your purchase and the location of your delivery. At checkout, you can discuss estimated delivery dates. Alternatively, someone will contact you to notify you of an open delivery spot and confirm your availability for the date. Please contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your delivery date if you would like to make any changes. In the rare case that the delivery window cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, the Delivery Team will attempt to contact you in advance.

    Damages can unfortunately occur during transit while in the care of a third party. If your order arrives damaged, please document photos and contact us by phone within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.

    White Glove Delivery¹

    White Glove Delivery Service includes full delivery and full set up along with all packaging removal. This service does not include mounting artwork and mirrors or connecting electrical items. Deliveries to a multi-level building must have an elevator booked at the time of our drivers’ arrival to your location. Our drivers will ask that you sign confirming your delivery has been completed. This service is applicable for Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa. Please speak to a customer service representative for more inquiries about delivery to your area. 

    Make Sure Your Furniture Fits!

    The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of their residence will permit normal delivery of the items they purchased. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit, and delivery fees will still apply if the item must be returned to us for this reason. Berre Furniture does not have any responsibility for inside property damages. Please make sure to take proper measurements of all these spaces and the items you intend to purchase to ensure safe and smooth delivery. 

    Delays

    Lead times

    While many estimated times of arrival are quite accurate, and in certain cases may arrive earlier, with made-to-order items from Turkey, we are not responsible for delays that are caused outside of our store. For example: logistical issues, shipping container and labour shortages, supply chain issues etc. Deposits for these orders cannot be refunded due to delays in predicted arrival times.
