White Glove Service

$200 within 50 kilometers of Toronto for a full White-Glove service

White Glove Delivery Service includes full delivery and full set up along with all packaging removal. This service does not include mounting artwork and mirrors or connecting electrical items. Deliveries to a multi-level building must have an elevator booked at the time of our drivers’ arrival to your location. Our drivers will ask that you sign confirming your delivery has been completed. This service is applicable only for Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa. For more information regarding deliveries outside of this area, please contact your closest store, or speak to a representative at the time of purchase. 

Please inform us at least 72 hours before your delivery date if you would like to make any changes. In the rare case that the delivery window cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, the Delivery Team will attempt to contact you in advance.

Damages can unfortunately occur during transit while in the care of a third party. If your order arrives damaged, please document photos and contact us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused.

Make Sure Your Furniture Fits!

The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of their residence will permit normal delivery of the items they purchased. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit, and delivery fees will still apply if the item must be returned to us for this reason. Berre Furniture does not have any responsibility for inside property damages. Please make sure to take proper measurements of all these spaces and the items you intend to purchase.

Storage Policy for in-stock items

We aim to deliver furniture within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. While we may hold your item in our storage up to one month after your date of purchase, beyond the first month, a storage fee of $100 per month will apply.

Lead times on custom orders

While estimated times of arrival are quite accurate, with made-to-order items from Turkey, we are not responsible for delays that are caused outside of our store, such as: logistical issues, shipping container and labour shortages, supply chain issues etc. Deposits for these orders cannot be refunded due to delays estimated arrival times.
